The week of classroom guests!

M is for M&Ms! Kinders practiced letter sounds by adding candies to our "cookie"!

Lizzie B. helped me create this adorable bunny made out of the number 13...
Also during Math, Kinders searched the room for the hidden pennies...
After learning about doctors, our class looked at some real x-rays, and then made our own...

Recess discoveries!
Kinders and Firsties made get well cards to bring some cheer someone who is sick...just like a nurse would do:)

Firsties practiced good posture during Health class!
Miss Susan and the pre-k class were our guests for story time!
Our special guest to show and tell this week was, Tanner!
We studied some more about hair in science.
They learned that pigment gives our hair it's unique color...

So they made "paint pigment" and gave themselves lovely new hair-dos!

Our week - from playdough to hair!

The Kinders started our week with more vowel practice...we even made vowels out of playdough...

Which, of course, turned into other things!
Which then turned into...."Send this to my mom!" So here you go, Moms!....

Social Studies taught us about Police Officers. We made a traffic light snack, as well as, police badges!

After Handwriting, we sometimes have time for "Brain Games".

We were all loving the weather this week!

During Health, the Firsties learned about getting enough rest. They made sock puppets to play quietly with.

We finished out our week by learning how God made, even our hair, unique!
Yarn hair leaves a lot to be desired😂
