April Learning!

 During Social Studies on Monday, we learned about Kenya and made African, tribal necklaces.

Or crowns!

First Grade learned all about worms during their Science this week...then we had a worm race!

Sadly, we were supposed to have donkeys visit our school this week, but they were unable to make it. As a consolation, they gave us donkey cookies instead! 

Springtime Fun!

 On Monday we learned about the country of Germany. We made Shuluttes, a German tradition!

We started our hunt for Resurrection Eggs!

The Firsties learned about the life cycle of a butterfly during their Science class.

The Kinders learned about measurements of length...inches!

In Social Studies we visited the country of Switzerland and tried some swiss cheese!

Then we made alpine hats by folding paper...

First Grade started a new Science unit. They learned about flowers and seeds.

Yay! Egg Day! We learned about the life cycle of chickens and a special guest brought us some eggs to hatch!
