Learning made fun!

In Phonics this week, the Kinders practiced sorting vowels and consonants. To make it a little more exciting I put the letters in tubs of water-beads!

Stuffed Animal Day!

This week in Social Studies we learned about restaurant servers and leaders in our country, such as the mayor and the president.

We made our own menus using magazine pictures! I'd love try the food at some of their restaurants! 

We made flag wind socks to remind us of the leaders of our country...

Firsties Health had us talking about proper skin and hair care, so we made our own bars of soap!

Cousins together on our field trip...how fun!

Lastly, in Science this week we learned about our sense of sight and looked through tubes with colored cellophane!
