In class, on Monday, we had a "no shoes day"! Surprisingly, it's quite a treat to walk around without shoes at school😁
We introduced a new center this week...these building links inspired a lot of creativity!
After learning about several California locations, we finished with the desert, Death Valley, and tried to make our own kinetic sand...
It wasn't a great success, but the students had fun experimenting with it!
Kinders have been hard at work learning more "special sounds"...
We played a bingo game to review them all!
Also from California, we learned about the Golden Gate Bridge.
Then the students were challenged to team up and make their own bridges over construction paper "water"!
Miss Susan came to visit again this week!
During Science we've been studying force and motion. What better way to test our knowledge than with our own giant marble run!
I wish you all could have heard the cheers when a marble finally made it to the end! So much excitement!
