Enjoying These Warm Fall Days!

We learned about nurses during Social Studies this week. Then we made some get well cards to give away...

Tuesday was picture day!

We also learned about dentists this week and how to take care of our teeth!

The Kinders had fun practicing their letters with shaving cream...such a clean mess!!

We had a pet caterpillar turn into a Monarch butterfly!

For Science we learned about our sense of taste and our taste buds...then we had a taste test!

A "Scent"sational Week!

 On Monday we learned about the job that school teachers have...loving and teaching their students!

Then we read the book, "My Teacher is a Monster", and painted monsters!

On Tuesday we learned about doctors. We talked about x-rays and saw some real pictures of bones!

The Kinders had fun decorating their pretend casts!

For Science we learned about our sense of smell, and made scratch-and-sniff paint from Kool-aid!

Apparently, they wanted to include our sense of taste, as well😕

Our Short Week!

This week we learned that God made each of us unique...and our fingerprints, too!

We practiced our vowel sounds and acted like animals!

Lastly, for this week, we had our first Show-and-Tell! 

Even the big kids were excited!
